Angela laid out the market conditions and assisted in the determination of the listing price (which was on the high side of area comps); she coordinated with the prospective buyers/realtors of the 5 offers made the first 3 days after listing the property; she investigated the highest offer to make sure it was legitimate as it was $30,000 over list and secured an addendum to pay $10,000 over appraisal up to the offer price; She continually communicated with us throughout the closing and held the buyer accountable to stay as close as possible to the original closing date.
